Our mission is to foster a sense of belonging and togetherness as we build a like-minded community through our love for emo culture and music. Fostering inclusion in our live events where the beauty of shared emotions unites us in our collective journey through the highs and lows of life.

We curate live emo hangouts and live emo concerts where the power of music becomes a sanctuary for self-expression, where tears and laughter flow freely, and where every person can connect through the timeless sounds of emo music.

We are committed to inclusivity, welcoming individuals from all walks of life to find solace in our community. Regardless of your age, background, or personal experiences, you are embraced as a fellow traveler on the emotional rollercoaster of life. We strive to provide a safe space where everyone can openly express their feelings.

Our exclusive emo apparel serves as a means of personal expression and connection. It reflects our love for the genre and allows you to wear your emotions proudly.

SECRETLY SAD SECRET SOCIETY is a movement. We invite you to join us in embracing the beauty of being "secretly sad" and finding strength in our shared experiences.

Secretly Sad events are an embodiment from the era  born of Teenage Angst. 

A re-visit to those sad nights, rolling tears and the celebration of your angry youth and independence! - An inclusive emo event where we cry to our favorites together. 

• Our Emo Hang-outs feature a DJ spinning your favorite Emo tracks. 
• Our Secretly Sad Live events feature a guest band  playing a live tribute to some of the best emo artists! 
• Emo Prom - A full-blown spectacle event, decorated like the saddest high-school night you ever had: PROM! Featuring a host, prom committee, and prom-court selection. 
• Emo Wedding Reception - Dress up, renew your vows, groom and bride, bride and bride, groom and groom, bring your friends and celebrate the sad bonding with each other.

From the sweltering live performance of the songs you hate to Love, to the DJ spinning your favorite EMO hits from decades of built up angst and sadness,  we curate your favorite emo hits from My Chemical Romance, Fall Out Boy, Panic! At the Disco, The Used, Taking Back Sunday, and many more.  

Secretly Sad events can be scaled from small dingy back-bar settings to large scale live emo band concerts, to our large event formats complete with host, MC, full live band.  This tent-pole event tributes all the sadness you can handle in the form of your most dreaded night:  

Your wedding, prom, or any socially anti-social event. 

Fully equipped with a secretly sad staff,  decorations, and a photo stand for those awkward wedding pictures captured by a professional photographer.

Secretly Sad is a secret society of like-minded sadness, reliving some of the best years.
